Marjorie F. Davis has been associated with The Heger Company for over 47 years as a Corporate Officer, Real Estate Broker & Past President. Today, she serves as an advisor to the Company. Over the years, she has been responsible for providing overall strategic guidance to the company and promoting its steady growth.

Professionally, her many accolades range from being named 1989 “Realtor of the Year” by the Los Angeles Association of Realtors, in 1990 she was placed on the “Top Ten American Business Women” list by the American Business Women’s Association, she has served as a Past Director – California Association of Realtors, Past Director – Los Angeles Association of Realtors, Past Director and Treasurer – American Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Association, Past Director – City of Commerce Industrial Council, Member – Building and Strategic Planning – Pacific Annual Conference, Member - United Methodist Church named “Outstanding Women in Leadership” Los Angeles YWCA.  She has throughout her career been recognized as a pioneer of women in the commercial and industrial real estate arena for her contribution to the industry.

Personally, over the years Marjorie has been recognized for her unending support in chairing philanthropic campaigns for the American Heart Association, the Arthritis Foundation, March of Dimes and the City of Hope to name a few.

Marjorie resides in Newport Beach and is married with one son.
